Daily bombardment of toxins to our bodies has been the "normal" for quite some time now. If we want to survive this toxic fish bowl we live in, it is essential to know how to detox chemicals that have built up for years within us all via ingesting and breathing. So what is a realistic way to detox toxins from the body? Lets start with our daily eating habits. It is the foundation. Here is a basic guideline for premium fuel for the body but one must also consider individual nutritional needs. #1 Eat natural/organic foods. #2 Eat locally sourced and seasonal foods.( Non-gmo and pesticide free) #3 Eat unpasteurized raw dairy and fermented foods. #4 Eat about 1/3 raw fruits and vegetables and work up to 50% a day or more based on individual needs. #5 Eat healthy fats. Our brains depend upon good fats. Eggs, avocados, full fat dairy etc. Keep in mind that real food spoils quickly, when there are no additives, is not genetically altered and no hormones added and a good indicator of natural foods is being able to pronounce the ingredients. Know where your food comes from and better yet, grow as much of it yourself in this extremely challenging engineered climate . It must be stated that it is impossible to eat clean entirely but one can eliminate and avoid as many toxins as possible. Did you know that our bodies will use the toxic heavy metals we ingest if we are depleted in certain essential minerals? A few examples of this are, Magnesium is replaced by aluminum ( is it any wonder we are so depleted when aluminum, a neurotoxin, is sprayed globally over the entire population daily?), Zinc is replaced by cadmium ( which is also an toxic element used in climate intervention operations) and Calcium is replaced by lead. So in addition to a natural diet, what else can we do to eliminate toxins within our body? Here are a few suggestions, Indoor exercise, such as a rebounder. Jumping for 15-20 minutes, red light therapy, sweating, a niacin supplement will explode toxins out of cells, adding cilantro to diet, silica aka horsetail and chelators like bentonite clay or zeolite. Just ramping up raw fruits and vegetables alone will flush out many toxins. Try juicing celery, cilantro, lemon, green apple, cucumber and ginger. This will not only detox your system but there are many advantages to juicing like energy increase and immediate nutrients to the blood. It takes determination and commitment to be as healthy as possible in todays world but it can also be practical with some preparation. Like everything in life, we can adapt to changes especially when you reap so many benefits from them. Flush those toxins down the toilet and get as optimal as you can while you still can!
