Attack It

The herbal tiger, Cistus tea or Cistus Incanus best known as Rockrose, is an ancient plant from Greece, Turkey and Italy, a plant that you can grow yourself. Its high levels of polyphenols is what gives it the ability to survive hot, harsh drought like conditions without moisture. Cistus tea has so many therapeutic properties covering a vast amount of health conditions, that everyone should have a plant for multi purpose medicine. Some of its strong medicinal capabilities are, anti-viral (allowing it to target retro viruses), kills microbes, breaks up biofilms (plaque that forms on teeth, mucosa, skin) which is also the reason it is so highly used among those with Lyme disease. It is a potent antioxidant. It is anti inflammatory, it heals our intestinal region, enhances the immune system, kills free radicals that wake up cancer cells. The Cistus plants ability to heal is endless. Dr. Klinghardt treats many if not most of his patients with a cistus tea protocol and it is because of his teaching that I learned of this precious gem many years ago, so I can testify of the benefits of drinking Cistus tea.
