Info overload? now what?

If your just beginning to look into a healthier lifestyle or you have had a cleaner diet for years, there are so many options, opinions, and different views of going about a healthier you. People these days want "tiktok" style info and one pill to do it all. If that's what your looking for set your clock to revert back to your bad habits. YES, its overwhelming in a vast info loaded cyber world. So my goal here is in a 2 minute read to give some basic principles to guide you. Keep in mind that due to many variables, toxic exposures, pharmaceutical and fake food damage and just simple neglect, we each have our own set of tools that work specific to our bodies. So here is a VERY basic guideline to get you started. #1 To reap real changes this is a "Lifestyle" change for good. You must be determined to WANT to feel the best you can, source those who can guide you. #2 Dont go cold turkey. Be realistic and give yourself time to make it through each step of change. Begin with adding and taking away where its needed most. The GUT is a good place to begin. #3 If your info savvy, find some sources that can support and guide you. If you need a natural health consultant or just simply have questions on supplements talk with someone who is passionate and experienced. #3 If it is in a box, a can, on a shelf, have ingredients you cant pronounce, it probably has been far removed from its natural healing properties. Begin adding raw fruits and veggies daily, fermented foods, grassfed locally sourced meats, CLEAN free range eggs. #4 Work your mind into a Sunday night Food prep mode to carry you through much of the week. For example, clean, chop, cook. Make a simple menu and journal your changes. #5 During a good year of changes and transitioning- don't quit when you have bad days, use that as your sign that you are well on your way to a new healthier you because sickness and our body tells us what we need to fix, THE WEAK SPOTS! This will always be your best guide! We make the bed we lie in. #5 Gradually increase from a mostly acid food diet to 50% or more alkaline along with fluids like Cardio miracle and Nutritional Frontier Prolean Greens. Not only do you greatly benefit nutritionally at the highest levels, but it makes you drink water! Its so convenient for a busy life! #6 Move your body! No time to go take a walk? The bottom line is, in this very basic guideline, like everything, it takes time, DESIRE and determination to get results. Living naturally really is simple but we have been so far removed in this century from anything close to what was intended for us that it will take time and effort to learn and unlearn but as the saying goes "you can pay the farmer now or the doctor later" I would argue the doctor bill will come sooner than later. So forget information overload, return to the basic principals of understanding and your path will get you there!
