Although, cooking with garlic has some benefits, eating it raw is best for obtaining all its medicinal properties. I personally put it in salad everyday. The list is endless for garlics ability to heal our body and for providing a strong immune system, balance in our blood sugar levels and creating a strong army to ward off invaders of any kind. Fun Fact: Always keep a lemon on hand. This works in tandem with eating garlic to increase the health benefits but the acid in the lemon takes away the bad garlic breath.
